Well its Labor day weekend and fall is in the air in the Northland, cabin owners are pulling docks out and cleaning up there property…soon it will be quiet again…thank god…. so heres a few more pics of Up North…. plus check out my new website

Another LOON for Minnesotans and Wisconsin cheese people
Well i just started another pen and ink Loon drawing today. It will fit well with the first loon i did, this one is of the Loon dance, that all to familiar site here in Minnesota. Those not sure of what it is, well it is the mating ritual and is very cool to see. Later today i will have some pics of my work in progress
What others say, influence your art? Or your life?
I’ve had a ton of comments on my “Hummin’ Bird” pen and ink drawing, alot of mixed feelings as to what is going on. It’s simple, it’s a Humming Bird at a flower, what more can you put …. Anyway, i’ve decided to give away one of my prints on my web site and not a single taker as of yet. Im currently working on creating a portfolio of all things Minnesota, i havent seen any artist that has concentrated on my home state of Minnesota. I have a book called “Only in Minnesota” and if you have seen that, thats very minimal to what Minnesota is. If you look at my web site you’ll get more of an idea of what we Minnesotans are…. except my one painting called “Think” thats just my imagination when i dont sleep.
